Whew!! That was an overwhelming month, but I enjoyed every minute of it. Like, I only have one sister and when am I ever going to help plan another wedding again? Probably never unless it's my own, SOOO, I had fun with this accomplishment. AND let me tell you, weddings are not cheap. HECK NO! It's even a lot of money for a small, cheap wedding. Probably all combined, including dresses, decorations, party room, food, etc. about almost about $1,500. Maybe a bit more or less! Whoa! It was very well worth because my sister and her husband enjoyed themselves and loved every minute and details of the wedding.
During the ceremony, it was definitely nerve-wrecking and the bride was a bit nervous but nothing of cold feet. She was sure that she was going to marry him and she did. It was definitely emotional. We all cried, as she is the first sibling out of 3 to get married so yeah, it was emotional. BUT we gained a brother and I couldn't have asked for a better brother in law. Welcome to the family, J. Watson!!
Now, during the party room... That's when the fun started! Of course there was alcohol which every one was a participant of. Except for myself, I did not decide to drink since I was the wedding planner/maid of honor and I had to stay sober. Also for personal reasons, I decided not to drink. Everyone had fun, we played a lot of great music and everyone was dancing. I was even called "A Dark Goddess" because he thought I looked beautiful. LOL! He's like 3 years younger than me! LMAO! It was a great time, no complains.
Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. J. Watson! You guys deserve it!
